Are the cameras tested before being listed?
Yes, every vintage camera undergoes a rigorous 20-point inspection including shutter speed accuracy, light meter calibration, and light seal integrity.
What happens if my camera arrives and doesn't work?
We offer a 30-day functional warranty on all hardware. If your camera malfunctions due to a mechanical defect, we will provide a repair, replacement, or full refund.
Do you include film and batteries with the cameras?
To ensure the best price, cameras are sold as body-only or lens-kits unless otherwise stated. Batteries and film rolls can be added to your order from our accessories section.
How do you ensure the camera isn't damaged during shipping?
We use double-walled boxes and anti-static bubble wrap to protect delicate internal mirrors and glass elements from impact during transit.
Can I return a camera if I simply change my mind?
Yes, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery for any reason, provided the camera is returned in the exact cosmetic condition it was received.
Do you offer international shipping?
We ship worldwide via DHL and FedEx. Please note that customers are responsible for any local customs duties or import taxes applicable in their country.
